Looking for ways to improve during the off season?

If basketball is your sport and you want to play it at the highest level you are capable of then you will need to find ways to make yourself better and grow your game. There are many ways to do this, the first and best way is for you to get a basketball every day and practice on your own or with a friend. Many kids choose to also attend camps during the off season, there are many great camps and organizations out there for players looking to improve and get better.

One such camp is Point Guard College and two Ohio Express players are attending a session of Point Guard College this week at Bowling Green State University, Heather Booth and Ashley Glass are attending the PGC and are learning new ways to improve their games both with on court sessions and class room sessions. They will be at PGC for four days with sessions starting at 8:30 in the morning and running through 10:15 at night with breaks for lunch and dinner.

We are hoping to have a report from PGC once the girls return.
